Great atmosphere. Late night menu. Plenty of room, seating and TVs. Reasonable prices. Great draft beer selection. Would definitely visit again.

My husband and I went here for lunch for the second time, having experienced slow service on our first visit but did not have a problem with our food. This time, the service was very poor again and the food disappointed as well. It took quite a while after having been seated before we were asked for a drink order. Since we had such a long wait, we ordered our food right away. My husband ordered a chicken Philly cheesesteak with garlic parmesan fries and I ordered the Arugula salad with blue cheese and grilled chicken. The waitress failed to place my order, so my husband received his meal about 10 minutes before I received mine. His fries were limp, lukewarm and flavorless, and the bready roll was filled very skimpily. My salad consisted of a spring mix topped with a piece of grilled chicken. I only ate about 1/3 of the salad. When I explained to the waitress that I had expected Arugula lettuce, she offered to let me speak to the manager, who explained to me that the salad I had ordered is indeed a spring mix with a handful of arugula tossed in. She did not offer anything to make up for my disappointing meal. What poor customer service! We will never return and the next time we're hungry for garlic parmesan fries, we will order them at Hurrincanes, because they never disappoint!

First time. Loved, LOVED the atmosphere. 21 tvs with all the games on. We sat at the bar and ordered some appetizers and beer. Their draft beer was reasonably priced. They also have a nice selection of bottled. For snacks we had the sampler platter and herb parmesan fries, $3. The sampler is $13 and had 5/6 jumbo wings/drumsticks, 3 chicken fingers and a handful of breaded shrimp. The wings were huge! My only complaint was that you had to dress them yourself. The fingers were delicious, white meat, perfectly breaded. The shrimp impressed me because they were cleaned out which doesn't happen often in restaurants. It was a great portion and quality for the price. The fries were good but they didn't soak them to remove the starch beforehand. I didn't taste the "herbs". Staff was attentive and the ladies were very pretty. We will definitely be returning for football games and such. Look forward to trying their other menu items that are not deep fried. Gives this place a try!

Good food but they are trying to do too much. We went there on a football Saturday and they had games on plenty of TVs. There was no hostess (but there was a hostess stand & no sign saying "seat yourself") but after a couple of minutes of standing here, we found a table ourselves. That should have been a clue to us that the service was going to be bad. I think there was only 2 waitress working when we arrived. It took about 45 minutes for us to get our food after sitting down. It took so long that I didn't even have my 2nd 2 for 1 drink because I was afraid I'd be there another 40 minutes waiting for it. We almost walked out. At around 5, more wait staff showed up. But if you're advertising the game, drink specials, & tons of TVs, you need more than 2 people working the floor. Also, a band started playing around 5:30. Good band but a total nuisance and WAY too loud for so early in the evening. I literally had to yell across the table to talk to people. That is not an exaggeration. Also, shooter/sample girls showed up around the same time. Like I said, I feel there was too much going on. I'm not even sure if I liked the food or not. That was overshadowed by the poor service and atmosphere/noise. **Btw: I'm 35, not 80, and the volume was still WAY too loud.

OK, I'm really impressed with this place. Went there for dinner and drinks with friends tonight and I ordered the filet mignon and got the surf and turf instead. They handled it PERFECTLY, they offered to replace it, but I chose to keep it and they charged me the price for the filet. The food was very good, but the service was well above board. I will definitely go back and bring many people with me to make sure they get lots of business.

We have just moved to the Vero Beach area and are scoping out the restaurants, bars and other entertainment venues. We decided to drive to the Ft. Pierce area with no real expectations and see what we found. We drove past the 2nd Street Bistro with the thought of it having potential...but then driving around back saw that they had outdoor seating and ample parking...so we stopped. Every staff member we came across was friendly, smiling, talking with other customers and joking with each other... everyone looked like they were having a good time. Ryan was our server and he was so great...very friendly and informative, honest about the menu (which was refreshing) and at the end of our meal, even offered to look up an event he'd heard about happening near our new home tonight. We shared the smoked fish dip which was amazing. I highly recommend that dish. I had the grilled catch of the day (which was Yellow Tail Snapper today), mashed potatoes and a mixed green salad. The Snapper was fresh caught and cooked nicely. The potatoes were on the room-temp side, but were tasty and the salads come with their house dressing which is a vanilla bean vinaigrette... surprisingly good. My husband had the Key West Shrimp pasta with a basil pesto sauce and the same salad. The pasta was good, but run of the mill...with it being a "Key West" style, we expected more of a lighter cilantro/lime sauce instead of the typical basil pesto. The price was amazing...with one appetizer, two entrees (with salads), and five beverages between us...the bill was exactly $50. Not half bad. The atmosphere is great and we will certainly go back. Good food, very friendly staff and fun atmosphere... good combo.

The $5.99 burger night is awesome. Had the veggie burger and it was delish. Went there on my bday and made a reservation with no problem the day before. They also had trivia starting at 7:30 so much fun! Looks like a good place to watch a game as well.

Great relaxed atmosphere. Good musical selection, American antiques all over the place. Nice service. Oh yeah... And the food! I had the crab BLT which was a first for me; it was delicious!

We went here the 2 week after they were open. This place could be very good when they iron things out. We sat outside and the wait was appalling and prices were high. We got about 10 fries in a fancy holder and I left hungry and broke. If they lower the prices or larger portion, hustle up the wait staff this place could be great.

Today was my first time eating here with my daughter. We waited a few minutes before a hostess came and said that they were wiping down tables and it would be a few minutes. Several minutes passed and a party of 3 came in behind me. Another hostess came up and asked how many were in the party behind me and proceeded to seat them. It was almost like I was completely invisible. I waited another few minutes and a server came up and asked me how many were in my party and I said the two of us. She then went on to say, okay so just you. I corrected her and said my daughter and I and requested a high chair. We were then led to our table and the waitress handed me a menu and left. It was a good 4-5 minutes before someone came by and I again requested a high chair. When the server asked what I would like to drink, I requested water for both of us. She came back with one glass of water. Again I requested a glass of water for my daughter. This restaurant seemed very kid unfriendly to me. No kids menu given, no crayons. I then ordered a cobb salad with blackened shrimp and french fries. The salad came out without shrimp. I waited about 5 minutes before a server walked by and I requested the missing shrimp, utensils, and an extra plate to share with my daughter (she just turned 2). The waitress came back with 2 little napkins and one set of utensils. Again, it was as if my daughter didn't exist. I had to request more napkins and utensils. The food was good but I wasn't a fan of the service.

I ate there for the first time about a month ago for lunch. I ordered the veggie burger, which was tasty, BUT it was deep-fried! Who deep-fries a veggie burger? Defeats the purpose of trying to eat healthy. I still wanted to go back and take my husband as I knew he would be intrigued with the "homemade bangers" on the menu. My second visit was Sunday 03/02/14 at about 2:00 in the afternoon. There were a few people sitting at the outside bar, and ONE table inside when we were seated. Slowly people started coming in as we waited for our food, and waited, and waited! Two tables who each came in 15-20 minutes after us, were served their food. The waitress apologized but said she did not know why our food was taking so long. After 40 minutes we finally gave up and left. We will not be back. Oh, and as an after thought. People want professional, good service with their food, not butt cheeks. There are strip clubs for that. On both visits the majority of the servers were wearing shorts that were sizes too small. I don't want the person who I repeatedly see pulling her shorts out of her butt and/or crotch area, handling my drinks, food and anything else I have to touch after them.

this place has some of the best non-chain food you'll get in the area. i HATE local places when i come to visit my parents, but really liked this place. they have a good beer selection, which is important at least to me, and the food was pretty good too. the service was a LITTLE slow, but i think it ended up being worth it. i'll definitely go back here next time i'm home.

We've been to 2nd St. Bistro a couple of times now. We were initially drawn there by the extensive craft beer selection and creative and tasty-sounding menu. On both occasions, we were greeted and seated quickly and cheerfully. They have plenty of bottles and a fairly decent craft beer selection (drafts on a chalkboard, yay!), and a full bar (I think). The food seemed like a cross between elevated bar food (pulled pork sliders, a monster burger made of two grilled cheeses, etc.) and your typical waterside fare (fish tacos, grilled seafood, etc.). The real winner here seems to be the dishes that don't fit either of those categories. Far and away the best thing we've ever had there was the meatloaf. If you're heading to the Sunrise Theater, they have a great Prix Fixe menu that comes out quickly and is a great bargain. Parking on the street can be a bit of a hassle, but both times we had no trouble finding a spot. 2nd St. Bistro follows the well-established pattern of experienced New York restaurateurs opening great restaurants in South Florida (a la Grimaldi's, Patisserie VB, etc.). They continue to impress and have entered rotation.

I really like the atmosphere here. Live acoustic music starting earllier for the later after work yet can't stay up 'till 2am crowd. Not overpriced. Only had the bar food, but am in love with the "bistro sauce" , a creamy, spicy, concoction that would taste good on almost anything. Nice outdoor patio. Lots of beer on tap, but full bar. Bar service is excellent, table service is spotty.

I've been twice, once for dinner and once for lunch. Both experiences were excellent. I went for dinner when they had first opened and the service was a little slow but that is understandable as it was a new restaurant. Food was excellent on both occasions. Portions were good with a very reasonable price for the level of flavor of the dishes. Lunch service was markedly better but it was several weeks later so I'm sure they've worked out the kinks. I recommend this to friends and co-workers. Great food with a completely reasonable price tag.

Went to bistro's today for bunch. Had the buffet. They had bagels and lox with cream cheese and a chicken dish and shrimp and a lot more dishes to chose from. The price was good and a drink was include. I am planning on coming again soon foe bunch.

There's something I really really like about this place. The atmosphere is laid back and comfortable. Avoid the booths as the seat and the back leaves a gap. It's like sitting on a high school bleacher. They have a killer club sandwich. Fries are good. For the not so smart they offer a super HOT wing offer that few can muster. Taco Tuesday's is all you can eat chicken or beef tacos with rice and beans. It's good but exactly how many tacos, rice and beans do you want to eat on a date? Next visit? I want to try something else. Maybe a burger. But that club is the bomb.

Took the family there for lunch. It was good. For app we had gator bites. For the entree we had gyros, Mac & cheese, and a monster burger. I will be back.

Came here for lunch as it was in walking distance from there I was at. Great and fast service. I sat at the bar. Had their lunch special and it was quick! Beef barley soup was the soup of the day and it was wonderful.

Great place with awesome atmosphere and decoration but the service was a letdown. We were seated quickly then waited for at least 20 minutes to have our drink order taken and nobody ever came over. Eventually asked to speak to the manager and had a waiter sent over followed by manager. He apologized profusely and offered first round of drinks on the house. Waiter apologized and said she hand't seen us which is hard to believe since it really wasn't packed and we kept looking at her. She brought out one wrong drink and forgot the other until my friend reminded her, then she still didn't remember I had originally ordered it. I overheard the table near ours was also having similar problems. First time being there and my friend said this happened every time they came too. I probably won't be back again.

Have eaten here many times and it's long been a favorite. However, tonight I had a table in the bar area at around 6:30 pm and sat for 20 minutes without being given a menu, served drinks, or any recognition at all. Couldn't flag even flag down a server. I ultimately just walked out. Very unfortunate as I really enjoy the place generally, but this is the second experience like this in the last 3 months .

Went for lunch Sunday at 1:00. They weren't as busy as I thought they would of been. I ordered the southwestern salad. It comes with a choice of chicken or steak but I wasn't asked which one I preferred. I expected chicken but it came out with the steak. The steak was soo tender and has lots of flavor. The salad is huge! My only issue is I asked for the dressing on the side (chipotle ranch) because I want sure if I would like it. When the waitress brought it out she said she messed up and didn't ask for the dressing on the side. She asked if I wanted it or if I wanted them to make a new one. I took the one she brought out. My husband had the fish and chips. Two nice size pieces of beer battered fish with French fries and cole slaw. No complaints and not greasy.

Was very impressed by this place. Vero Beach Burger was absolutely great, French fries very good... Food presentation was a nice surprise... Service, I can't decide... It was up and down, waitress was very nice and tried her best even though place was packed... Food came out after long wait and she was looking not to mess up between medium and medium well burgers we ordered but she did... Likely it was my husband so we switched after first bite... But even that didn't ruin our visit. Will definitely go there again!!!

60 minute wait to receive my food during the lunch rush! They weren't even that busy. I ordered the chicken burger which was very good but my entire lunch time was wasted looking at the kitchen to determine when my lunch would come out. Everyone had to wait a long time for their meal. I'm lucky that I do not punch a clock for lunch. If so, I would have been in big trouble. Unacceptable. I want those 90mins back that I spent at 2nd St Bistro. C'mon guys!! Tighten up! Update: Just learned about 10 minutes ago they fired their entire line cook team on Memorial Day and trained a new group the same day!!! That does not excuse the absolute horrible service at all.

First off let me say I am local and unfortunately there are not enough "real" restaurants to eat at in the local area. And this is what you end up settling for. A big sports bar that tries to serve fine dining food prices and descriptions but the end result will be unsatisfactory at best. Three subjects that they need attention to is; 1. super slow service. The servers pay more attention to the "drinking" guests than the dining guests. You will be seated quick but will wait entirely too long to be served your drink as well as food. 2. Flavorless, non-creative glorified "bar" food. Seriously, I have eaten at 2nd street bistro at least 7 times in the past 6 months to see if they would "ever" change the menu, to see if the food got any better. Unfortunately no. If you are going to eat anything on the menu, I highly recommend the "House Salad" a great price for a really big and yes, flavorful salad, do not waste your money on anything else on the menu. Now that being said 3. Inconsistency is a huge problem with the food as well. Even with the house salad, 95% of the time I have to ask for extra something. They never get the right amounts of ingredients in each salad, ever! They will be happy to get you the ingredient they "forgot" but it is a salad, it is easy to consistently serve the "right" amounts. The inconsistencies are through out the menu, the panini is always dripping juices, or the bread is too hard. The burgers usually do not ever come out as ordered either. As far as ambiance, this is a sports bar, with an additional outside deck . Yes it is a great place to catch a game or a UFC fight. But make sure you eat the house salad or be sure to eat before you arrive. I would love for the owner to change the menu items, if they want to stick with bar foods then at least get away from the cheap traditional bar foods and serve something original. Like I said, I am local and if I do not feel like cooking for myself and do not want to travel far to eat, there are not many options. I hope they do make the changes for the better, it could be a fabulous dining experience. On a side note: I have eaten at every single restaurant in fort Pierce more than once, well except for Taco Dive ( I will never eat there again) and I have read all the reviews for each restaurant in my town. Without question, there is not a single restaurant in this town that is a legit 5 star restaurant, and only one or two that even merits 4 stars. Trust the "real" reviews.

Went here for lunch with my mom and sister in law. Was not impressed. The location is great and has a nice patio. The food was just ok, not anything to seek out. We sat on the patio because the music was way too loud inside, especially for lunch. While the patio was nice there was the occasional smell of raw sewage. Still can't figure out where that was coming from... the server was awful. Had no idea what beers were available and blamed his lack of menu knowledge on the management. I got a French dip that was extremely overpriced for portion and quality. I regret ordering coleslaw as my side and decided that there was something off after one bite (I feared I would get food poisoning bc it tasted...funny but I will not say rancid). Another person in my group ordered a salad, no complaints there except when she distinctly said "no nuts" and it came out with extra nuts. Again the waiter blamed the kitchen (who knows on that). And the veggie burger was ok except the bun was so saturated in mushroom juice that it was better to use a knife and fork.

The Bistro wings were really tasty!! I ordered the Turkey panini, it was excellent!! The atmosphere is really neat and the service was wonderful. We will definitely be back!! *** 2nd trip back, disappointed that st 7pm the kitchen cannot handle any crowd. We are unable to sit down for 20 mins do the kitchen can catch up. So here we stand, setting all these tables emptying and cannot even sit down. The good was really good last time, so it better be worth the wait. However as someone who worked in the restaurant industry for many years in mgmt, I find this wait, especially while empty tables are staring at us, completely unprofessional. I was going to say at least they offered a soda while we stood here and waited, but she then came back up and asked if I wanted to pay her now for the soda or she would just let our server know... really?? I am moving my first experience star rating from "5" to "2"... Maybe I'll bee raving about it before we leave... If we stay...

Atmosphere- for those that care (I really don't as long as food is good) anyway it's old signage from ice cream to gas station signs. Laid back type of place. Appetizers- fried pickles were the best we have had the table of four of us agreed on this. The fried calamari was very flavorful. I ordered the burger with the egg and bacon on it. It was cooked perfect and had a good taste. Daughter said her buffalo chicken wrap was good( just good) teenagers phew. Son had smothered burger and said he would order it again.

Great lunch joint for those working in the Fort Pierce area. The fish & chips are fresh, tasty, and huge portions. I also liked the Baked Brie, Fried Green Tomatoes, and the house Chowder. I don't personally care for the vanilla house vinaigrette dressing but I have friends who swear it is the tastiest thing they've ever had.

First time here. Heard good things so we figured we'd give it a try. Definitely worth it! My partner and I both decided on the Yellowfin Tuna, rare. The plate came with two veggies. We both ordered string beans; I had mushroom risotto, he had the mashed potatoes. The tuna was seared perfectly, everything else was cooked just right. Delicious! Appetizers and desserts looked very good as they passed by the table but we are trying to cut back a little. (They are starting to remain on our bellies like unwanted house guests.) :-)~ When we arrived the restaurant and bar area were packed. TV screens everywhere with the Miami game and NASCAR on. The restaurant is loud but that is the way it has always been. The bar crowd was vibrant last night and everyone inside looked to be having a great time, so did we. We will definitely return for more, no doubt.

This was our first visit and I was surprised by how big this place is inside. We got seated quickly with our drinks from the bar I ordered a fried green tomato appetizer for the table which was nicely done, crispy with a tasty remolade sauce. Next came the ribs which were very tender. They make their own BBQ sauce which was a little sweet just the way I like it. The fries come in a little metal basket and we're just right. Hubby had the Vero Beach burger with Brie and truffled aoli which was delicious! I snuck a bite and will probably order it next time. Our server was in good humor and there whenever we needed something.

Just had dinner here tonight for my dad's birthday. The food and atmosphere deserve four stars but the service we received nearly ruined the entire experience.. I don't remember our waitresses name but on a slow night she managed to forget to bring several drinks, ignore requests for simple things like extra dressings, and then try to say it was busy and make excuses when we confronted her when we had seen her chatting up the hostesses for the past 10 min. Extremely unprofessional. I'd go back if I knew she wouldn't be my server

This place used to be so many things back in the day! The owners have totally renovated it and opened up the space a lot! It looks fantastic. The same long bar is still there but the left side is more inviting. It looks great. We ordered the fried pickles which were pretty good. The breading was a flour based breading which seemed to get soggy after a while. Tempura breading all the way. After reading some yelp reviews I decided to order the meatloaf and mashed potatoes. My boo and I shared it but once I tried it I wished I had gotten an entree for myself. It was delicious!! The onion baked into the meatloaf was genius. The mashed potatoes were also well made. I can only speak for the meatloaf but I would go again. The people at my table were very satisfied with their food as well. This is a great place to spend a Friday night but beware! - downtown fort pierce closes early on Friday night! At least this night it did. At 11pm downtown was completely cleared out - even the tiki bar!

Tried this place last week and it was perfect for our group. Great beer prices and the food that we ordered was top notch. Where else can you get Yuengling for $2. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich which had a fried green tomato in it, delicious and perfectly cooked. Waitresses seemed a little distracted and made more than a few mistakes on our order but it was quickly fixed. She spilled beer on my friends purse and I'm surprised she didn't get anything comp'ed for that. Love the decorations and good sports bar feel. I would definitely come back next time we're in Fort Pierce.

Went here after the Farmer's Market, was SO hot, because got to the market too late! But we really enjoyed this place. They had a buffet that looked great, but was in the mood for lunch, so had a fantastic chicken salad wrap with fries in a unique basket, a small one that looks like you could fry your own fries! But the sandwich was really good. The hubby had a great burger. And gotta say....IF ya end up at that market too late, when it's hot, this IS the place to go!

Yesterday, Valentines day, my wife Nancy and I went here which is one of our favorite hang-outs. Always great food, fun ambiance and terrific service. We were able to squeeze two seats at the bar and were quickly greeted by our two favorite bar-tenders, Samantha and Tammy. Samantha presented Nancy with a beautiful long stem rose for the occasion (a classy gesture by the proprietor). Samantha and the staff ensured our evening was nothing less than memorable. We are very tough restaurant critics, as we are also in the food and beverage business. Thanks for another fun evening. Steve

I visit Ft Pierce a couple times a year and was excited about trying a new restaurant. 6 of us went on a Thursday night 4 adults and 2 teens. I'd like to say I'm reviewing the food here but we never got anything served to us except 2 apps. We were seated pretty quickly on the deck, which was a pretty nice place to sit, but after that it went downhill fast. It took a waitress about 10 minutes to get us menus and another 10 or so to take drink orders. The waitress was pleasant enough and we cut her some slack since she was seemingly the only one working the deck, although we noticed later some other lazy waitress doing nothing. We watched her wipe down the same clean empty table 6 times rather than help the other waitress. Another 10 minutes or so of avoiding eye contact the waitress finally came over and took our orders. We order 3 apps and 6 entrees (mostly burgers since it was "burger night"). Within somewhat of a reasonable time the apps came out and for the most part were OK. At this point we had been in the restaurant for about an hour, still being patient as we could see they were busy and inside was trivia night. After another 40 minutes I walked into the dining area and asked for a manager. The manager feigned concern and said she could not believe there was any way possible we weren't served in an hour and 40 minutes. A few minutes later she came out and told us we had not waited that long and the kitchen was slammed because of trivia night, by then she was acting like an inexperienced, incompetent douche. For once I was happy to have my teen have her cellphone on because she was sending texts and pictures to her friends at home and we knew exactly what time we got there and ordered. Again the crappy manager came out and said they were pushing the kitchen and again we waited another 20 minutes. Finally we got up and left, we offered to pay for the drinks and 3 apps but they refused as they were finally coming out of the kitchen with our food after almost 2 hours. So here is my review on the food I did eat. Shrimp and corn chowder - OK not much shrimp good size and pretty flavorful but nothing to write home about. Fried green tomatoes - OK, typical southern fried everything. Truffle fries - decent, everyone seemed to like them but just a bit greasy. The waitress while nice enough was a full figured girl with an abundance of all natural flesh pushing out of her shirt and shorts, attention getting for some but not the look if I was trying to run the place. She and the douche manager clearly were at odds. I'm giving this one star because of the bad experience and I ended up having to eat crap fast food on the way home. I most likely will give this a 2nd shot next time I'm in Ft Pierce and will amend my rating if the experience is any better. I don't care how crowded a place gets from trivia night no one should have to wait 2 hours to eat.

Update: I used to love this place, but the service has dropped off dramatically. The beer menu lists a local brewery as one of the options, so we (my father-in-law and I) asked our server which of their beers they carried. After 5 minutes she came back and said, "It's a small keg". Really? We restated our question and waited another 5 minutes to be told "I don't know". We then asked if we could try it and she brought a single shot of beer for two grown men to split. By the way, the only reason the 5 minute intervals between seeing our server were annoying was because the place was dead and we were her ONLY table. Food took a while and though 3/4 of us ordered fries, they were 5 minutes late to the meal. Just wierd that they brought a bunch of half-plates out. My burger was good, but not $12 good. My wife liked her chicken wrap. My inlaws did not care for their chicken or hogfish. I was told the fish seemed old/dry and the chicken was rubbery. I had high hopes for this place, but the longer we were there the more obvious it became why there were only 3 tables of patrons during dinner. Three stars for the atmosphere and beer selection.

I don't know why they names this a Bistro it is a bar. the lower cost-quality ingredients, high markup, and no nutritional clue are dead give away that this is not a healthy restaurant. I order a Ribeye and parma fries, the reality was a low end meat cut, low end fries, low end oil. The server was decent. Eat here if you don't respect yourself or what you put into your system for your future. otherwise the bar layout and the servers are decent. I would not bring children to eat this b/c their is no way they would grow and thrive on this processed food.

Overpriced for the quality of food and service. This bar used to BE Governor's, then some Mexican-style place, and now the Bistro. They're trying to appeal to the Sunrise Theater crowd which typically skews older. There's about 15 beers on tap and a fridge with about 30 assorted bottle varieties. I'm not saying they're good or bad, definitely average at best though. There's quite a few better locales within 5 mins of this place. Trivia on Wed nights

About 8 of us from work decided to eat here on Valentine's Day for lunch. We stood around waiting to be greeted and for someone to seat us. After waiting 10 minutes, we sat. Then it took another 10-15 minutes to take our drink order and our lunch order.. Once our food finally arrived my coworker bit into her soft shelled crab sandwich and it was not fully cooked. We told the waitress and she sent the mgr over. He gave my friend a hard time and would not grant her reorder for parmesan fries. She did not want to wait for another sandwich since the service was so slow. Instead he brought her another sandwich and again it was not fully cooked. When she cut into it to show him, he became very argumentative and told her she was wrong. I am sorry but that is not how you treat customers if you want them to come back!!
